Stainless Bearings

Features
  1. 1) Stainless steel has greater resistance to rust and corrosion than bearing steel, and can be used at temperatures ranging from -60C to +300C with proper selection of lubricant and seals.

  3. 2) The 6000H, 6200H and 6300H series are mass produced and are available in the sealed and shielded versions.

  1. 1) Bearings with a bore size smaller than 2 mm are available in many versions based on 18 basic types of 3 metric series (68, 69, 60) and 6 basic types of the R series (inch). Available in high carbon chromium steel or stainless steel, plain or flanged, shielded or open types.

  3. 2) This particular line of miniature bearings enables manufacturers to further downsize their products without compromising requirements for speed, low starting and friction torque, reduced vibrations and noise.

Our unique F6700 Series extra-thin type bearings, available in a wide variety, and the F6800 and F6900 Series thin type bearings take up a small amount of space due to their small cross section, allowing for downsizing and weight saving.

  1. 1) Bearings with a flange on the outer ring simplify axial location. These bearings are cost effective by not requiring spot facing when housing the end face.

  3. 2) Many small balls are used in our extra thin type bearings, making friction torque and torque fluctuation low. They are very resilient and rotate smoothly.

  5. 3) To reduce weight and wiring space, we recommend using pipe shaft.
